Semi-Stationary Crushing Plant

It is widely used in coal mining, open-pit mining for pit or bench crushing of raw coal, as well as in earthwork and rock excavation projects. Mobile crushing stations are flexible, convenient, and highly mobile, significantly reducing capital expenditure on infrastructure construction and relocation costs. They enable on-site crushing of materials and can be relocated as the mining front advances, thereby substantially lowering material transportation expenses.
Large Open-Air Crushing Station
The open-pit coal-mining process is a continuous production flow that employs a single-bucket truck combined with a heavy-duty scraper or a heavy-duty plate feeder, followed by primary crushing, belt conveyance, secondary crushing, and another stage of belt conveyance to transport the material to a stockpile or storage silo for storage.
