Crusher

Double-tooth Roll Crusher

The crusher is driven by two electric motors that transmit power through reduction gears to rotate two toothed rollers in opposite directions. When material enters the crushing chamber through the feed inlet, the two toothed rollers, equipped with helical teeth, first screen the material; particles that meet the required size pass between the teeth and fall into the discharge chute. Larger pieces of material are broken down by the splitting, shearing, and tensile forces exerted by the roller teeth and are discharged through the outlet.

Screening and Crushing Machine

The Jinfen crusher consists of a screening system and a crushing system, and can be installed in conjunction with underground coal mine transfer machines and self-propelled tail units. It performs screening prior to crushing, thereby increasing the lumpiness of the material and extending the service life of the crushing system’s toothed rollers.

Coal Slurry Crusher

Drive configuration of the coal slurry crusher: single-drive, with synchronous gear transmission. The motor drives a reducer to increase torque, which is then transmitted via synchronous gears to the dual shafts. The dual shafts rotate, and cutting blades mounted on the shafts shear the coal slurry, breaking large chunks of coal slurry into smaller pieces. Meanwhile, stirring blades on the shafts agitate the material, ensuring uniform mixing and distribution.

Roller Crusher

This crusher is primarily used in industries such as mineral processing, chemical engineering, power plants, cement production, and building materials for the fine crushing of ores and coal of high to medium hardness.

Four-roller Crusher

Raw coal enters the crusher chamber through the feed inlet and, under the action of gravity, falls between the two upper crushing rollers. The upper rollers rotate driven by the power unit, and the material is crushed by the roller teeth and the clamping force exerted on the crushing rollers by the buffer cylinders.

Selective Crusher

The selective crusher is primarily used to process screened lump coal and can also be employed for raw coal. When processing Kang coal, a section of a vibrating screen is typically installed at the feed end to pre-screen out non-coal material; the oversize fraction is then fed into the crusher, which enhances crushing efficiency. Alternatively, no lifting plates may be installed at the drum’s feed end to remove fine coal directly. Depending on the coal quality, the gangue discharged from the crusher’s discharge end can either be loaded directly onto trucks or subjected to reverse sorting. This equipment can replace the three separate processes of manual gangue removal, crushing, and screening.
