Working Principle
A semi-mobile crushing station is installed at an appropriate working level within an open-pit mine, and as the mining bench advances and deepens, the entire crushing unit—or individual components—is relocated using crawler transport vehicles or other towing equipment. Such a crushing station typically consists of three main sections: feeding equipment, crushing equipment, and discharging equipment. Its defining characteristic is that it is not anchored to a concrete foundation; its service life ranges from several months to a few years, and the relocation process usually takes no more than 48 hours.
