Our company manufactures crushing stations in four configurations: stationary, semi-mobile, mobile, and fully mobile. As the name suggests, a stationary crushing station is installed once and remains in place, making it ideal for fixed operations. A semi-mobile crushing station is set up on the ground adjacent to the mining site; its main equipment is mobile, while auxiliary equipment must be disassembled and relocated. A mobile crushing station integrates feeding equipment, crushing equipment, screening equipment, and conveying equipment onto a wheeled or tracked mobile platform, allowing it to move along with the mining area. This approach reduces production costs and infrastructure investment. Mobile crushing stations are positioned close to the mining face and are relocated as the mining face advances and the internal spoil dump expands. At the coal-mining face, dump trucks ascend the pit road to the surface and enter the unloading platform at the crushing station. Once the receiving hopper is aligned, the trucks unload their cargo into the hopper. The raw coal fed into the hopper is then uniformly distributed by a heavy-duty scraper conveyor to the crusher for primary crushing. After crushing, the coal is transferred to an overhead belt conveyor on the surface, which feeds it into the surface transportation and storage system.

Semi-mobile Crushing Plant Process

The raw coal mined from the open-pit mine is conveyed via the original mine cars, through the receiving hopper, to the heavy-duty apron feeder, then to the primary crusher, followed by the main conveyor belt, the heavy-duty belt feeder, the secondary crusher, the vibrating screening equipment, the individual finished-product conveyor belts, the buffer loading bins, and finally to the finished-product loading and shipment.
