Scope of Application

It is widely used in mining, coal and open-pit mining for crushing raw coal in pit or bench operations, as well as for earthwork and rock excavation projects. Mobile crushing stations are flexible, convenient, and highly mobile, significantly reducing capital construction and relocation costs. They enable on-site crushing of materials and can be relocated along with the advancing mining front, thereby substantially lowering material transportation expenses. A complete mobile crushing and screening plant comprises primary crushing stations, secondary crushing and screening stations, belt conveyors, and other components; each stage of the crushing process functions as an independent operational unit, capable of performing its specific assigned tasks.

High mobility: Tire-mounted mobile crushing plants have a short overall length, with each crushing unit mounted on its own independent, self-propelled chassis. Their short wheelbase and small turning radius enable flexible maneuverability on public roads and within the operating area.

The mobile tire-mounted crushing station can be configured according to different crushing process requirements, either as a “crush-first, screen-second” flow or a “screen-first, crush-second” flow. Depending on actual needs, the station can be configured as a two-stage crushing and screening system comprising coarse and fine crushing, or as a three-stage system incorporating coarse, intermediate, and fine crushing and screening. It can also operate independently, offering exceptional flexibility.
