Roller Crusher

This crusher is primarily used in industries such as mineral processing, chemical engineering, power plants, cement production, and building materials for the fine crushing of ores and coal of high to medium hardness.

Four-roller Crusher

Raw coal enters the crusher chamber through the feed inlet and, under the action of gravity, falls between the two upper crushing rollers. The upper rollers rotate driven by the power unit, and the material is crushed by the roller teeth and the clamping force exerted on the crushing rollers by the buffer cylinders.

Selective Crusher

The selective crusher is primarily used to process screened lump coal and can also be employed for raw coal. When processing Kang coal, a section of a vibrating screen is typically installed at the feed end to pre-screen out non-coal material; the oversize fraction is then fed into the crusher, which enhances crushing efficiency. Alternatively, no lifting plates may be installed at the drum’s feed end to remove fine coal directly. Depending on the coal quality, the gangue discharged from the crusher’s discharge end can either be loaded directly onto trucks or subjected to reverse sorting. This equipment can replace the three separate processes of manual gangue removal, crushing, and screening.

Crawler Mobile Crushing Station

Widely used in the recycling and reuse of mining, coal, chemical, and construction waste; in raw coal handling, earthwork and rock excavation projects, urban infrastructure development, and site operations at road or construction sites. It is employed for processing topsoil and a variety of other materials, separating sticky concrete aggregates, in the construction and blasting industries, for screening crushed materials, and in the coal-mining industry.

Semi-mobile Crushing Station

Widely used in mining, coal and open-pit mining for crushing operations in pit or bench blasting, as well as in earthwork and rock excavation projects. It is suitable for crushing topsoil, raw coal, and other ores.

Semi-Stationary Crushing Plant

Our company manufactures crushing stations in four configurations: stationary, semi-stationary, mobile, and fully mobile. As the name suggests, a stationary crushing station is installed once and remains in place, making it ideal for fixed plant locations.
