The mining roller screen utilizes a single-motor, single-shaft rotation to propel material forward across the screen surface while simultaneously loosening and dispersing it. Particles smaller than the screen aperture size, under the influence of gravity and the rotational force of the screen shaft, pass through the gaps between the shafts and fall downward, whereas particles larger than the aperture remain on the screen surface, continue moving forward, and are discharged into the coal crusher, thereby achieving the desired screening effect.
