Raw coal enters the crusher chamber through the feed inlet and, under the action of gravity, falls between the two upper crushing rollers. The upper rollers rotate driven by the power unit, and the material is crushed by the roller teeth and the clamping force exerted on the crushing rollers by the buffer cylinders.

  • Working Principle

    Raw coal enters the crusher chamber through the feed inlet and, under the action of gravity, falls between the two upper crushing rollers. Driven by the power unit, the upper rollers rotate, and the crushing action is achieved through the interaction of the roller teeth and the clamping force exerted on the rollers by the buffer cylinders. After primary crushing, the material continues to fall under gravity into the space between the lower crushing rollers, where it undergoes a second stage of crushing according to the same operating principle. The crushed material is then discharged through the discharge outlet. Because the crushing action of the toothed rollers is primarily characterized by splitting, the resulting particle size is uniform with minimal fines.

    1. The crusher’s tooth plates are manufactured from a high-wear-resistant alloy, thereby extending the service life of the crusher.

    2. Based on the existing crusher, the tooth height and tooth pitch have been optimized to enhance the crushability of the discharged particle size.

    3. A material baffle was added to the hopper of the original crusher, resolving the issue of uneven material distribution on the toothed rollers.

    4. The spindle of this machine tool employs a proprietary quenching process, which enhances its strength, rigidity, and wear resistance.
