The WZXF series banana-type vibrating screen is widely used for screening materials such as ores, coal, and coke, delivering high screening efficiency.

Working principle,

This series of banana-type vibrating screens operates by using a specially designed exciter to drive the screen trough in a cyclic, linear reciprocating motion along an inclined plane. When the vertical component of the trough’s vibrational acceleration exceeds the acceleration due to gravity, the material within the trough is lifted and thrown upward; continuous operation of the exciter ensures that the material undergoes a continuous jumping motion, thereby achieving screening. The screen surface is configured with multiple angles to form a banana-shaped profile. By applying the principle of equal-thickness screening, the thickness of the material on the screen remains substantially uniform, which enhances screening efficiency and processing capacity.

Introduction to the Composition

1. The vibration of this vibrating screen is generated by the motor, which drives the screen box to vibrate via a transmission mechanism, pulleys, and a box-type exciter. The motion trajectory of the screen box is linear.

2. The machine consists of a screening box, a screening frame, a motor base, an electric motor, a transmission mechanism, vibration-damping springs, and a screen deck, among other components.

Product Advantages

The design fully accounts for the bearing’s load-carrying capacity and maximum permissible speed; therefore, a belt-pulley drive is employed to convert the rotational speed. The vibration frequency is set between that of a Class 4 and a Class 8 motor, ranging from 800 to 1,100 cycles per minute. By carefully selecting and optimizing this frequency along with the appropriate screen mesh, the powder-screening efficiency can exceed 90%.
