Particles smaller than the screen aperture size, under the influence of gravity and the rotational force of the screen shaft, pass through the gaps between the shafts and fall downward, whereas particles larger than the aperture remain on the screen surface, continue moving forward, and are discharged into the coal crusher, thereby achieving the desired screening effect.

Working Principle
The mining roller screen utilizes a single-motor, single-shaft rotation to propel material forward across the screen surface while simultaneously loosening and dispersing it. Particles smaller than the screen aperture size fall through the gaps between the shafts under the influence of gravity and the rotational force of the shaft, whereas particles larger than the aperture remain on the screen surface, continue moving forward, and are discharged into the coal crusher, thereby achieving the desired screening effect.
Structural Features
The screening surface of the GZS mining roller screen consists of numerous parallel roller shafts, each fitted with staggered screening discs. The rollers are driven by an electric motor and reducer to rotate in the same direction as the material flow. To loosen the material layer on the screen and facilitate passage through the screen openings, the screening discs are designed in plum-blossom, elliptical, and circular-triangular shapes.
The mining roller screen exhibits broad adaptability to coal, particularly excelling with high-moisture coal and being resistant to clogging. It features a simple structure, smooth operation, zero vibration, low noise, minimal dust generation, and high throughput, making it suitable for widespread use in the processing of bulk materials such as coal and ore.
