    The WGD-type vibratory feeder is a new, energy-efficient, and versatile feeding device primarily used for the uniform feeding of lump, granular, and powdered materials. It features a compact structure, ease of operation and maintenance, continuous and uniform material discharge, minimal wear on the feed chute, and a long service life. Commonly paired with vibratory conveyors, vibrating screens, belt conveyors, bucket elevators, crushers, and other equipment, it is an ideal feeding solution for industries such as mining, metallurgy, coal, thermal power, refractories, glass, building materials, light industry, chemicals, machinery, and grain processing.

    Product Structure

    The vibratory feeder consists of a housing, a blind plate, an exciter, vibration isolation devices, and a transmission mechanism, among other components.

    Working Principle

    The vibratory feeder employs a self-synchronizing exciter and is equipped with high-strength steel helical springs that require no replacement for two years. It features a suspended mounting configuration, which facilitates process layout and efficient space utilization. The unit consists of an inlet chute, a trough body, and an excitation assembly; the primary vibrating component is the exciter, which is mounted beneath the trough body. The excitation force generated by the exciter is transmitted to the trough body via a vibration-transmitting plate, while manual gate valves control the feed rate to ensure uniform and adjustable material delivery. Currently, this equipment is widely used in major domestic projects and has been deployed in industries such as coal, metallurgy, power generation, and grain processing, where it has demonstrated unique advantages and delivered significant social and economic benefits.
