With the rapid development of mining and the construction industry, mobile crushing plants have assumed an increasingly important role in various crushing operations thanks to their high flexibility and ease of relocation. To ensure the continuous and stable operation of these plants, meticulous maintenance and servicing are essential.

  I. Regular Inspection and Maintenance

Wear condition of machine components: Regularly inspect the wear condition of all components in the mobile crushing station, with particular attention to wear-prone parts such as the central feed chute, cone cap, and impeller. When severe wear is detected, repair or replace these components promptly to prevent adverse effects on overall performance.

Lubrication System Maintenance: Proper lubrication of continuously operating components such as bearings and gears can extend equipment service life and improve operational efficiency. Grease should be replaced every 3 to 6 months to ensure adequate and clean lubrication.

Cleaning Procedures: Keep the equipment clean to prevent dust, oil contaminants, and other impurities from entering the lubrication system and compromising the lubricant film. Regularly clean the exterior of the crusher’s diesel engine, undercarriage, and working attachments to remove dirt and grime, and inspect all assemblies and components for damage or oil leaks.

  II. Handling Abnormal Issues

Monitoring for Operational Abnormalities: When abnormal conditions such as unusual gear noises or elevated bearing oil temperatures occur during equipment operation, the machine should be promptly shut down for inspection to identify and address the root cause, thereby preventing the failure from escalating.

Bolt Tightening Inspection: Inspect bolts for looseness before each startup; if any are found loose, tighten them promptly to ensure the equipment structure remains secure.

The efficient operation of mobile crushing plants hinges on meticulous maintenance and upkeep. By implementing measures such as regular inspections, prompt resolution of abnormalities, enhanced technical training, and robust record-keeping, equipment can be kept in optimal condition at all times, thereby providing strong support for enterprise production.
